A winter (Dec-Mar) Lapland programme; land cost per person, international airfare and the Schengen visa are additional. The Northern Lights are natural and weather-dependent - multiple hunt nights are built in but sightings are never guaranteed. Thermal outerwear is provided on activities.

Visa & passport
We handle the paperwork.
This is an international trip to Finland. Our team handles your visa documentation and passport guidance end-to-end - we share the country-specific document checklist, fill in the application forms for you, and track the file until your visa is stamped.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date, with 2+ blank pages.
- Country-specific visa fee, processing time and the full document list are on our Visa & Passport page.
- We complete the visa application form on your behalf - you only provide the documents.
