Seasonal advisory
- Shahdag and Tufandag are at their best May-October; in winter (Dec-Mar) they become ski resorts and cable-car timings may change with weather.
- Khinalig's mountain road can close briefly after heavy snow or rain - an alternate Quba sightseeing day is kept as backup.
